Saturday May 15th 2010 - Sale at 12 Noon at the West Cal Arena in Sulphur, LA

Sale Schedule:

Friday, May 14th - Open house at 6:30 PM followed by live band at 8 PM.

Saturday - May 15th - Demonstration @ 9 AM, Sale at Noon. Selling approximatly 65 head of rope horses, Working Horses 2 & 3 year olds, Stallion Prospects, Broodmares and Yearlings. Followed by USA Roping #12 Slide Books open at 6 PM, Rope at 7 PM.

Sunday - May 16th - Cowboy Church at 8 AM, followed by Lawton Classic Team Roping USA Format. Books open at 9 AM, Rope at 10 AM.

Auction Terms

1.   Please Examine Horses Carefully Prior to Purchasing.
2.   Please Leave hip numbers on all horses until they leave the premises.
3.   All accounts must be paid immediately following the sale with U. S. currency on U. S. banks only. Method of payment shall be cash, Cashier's check, personal check, or Traveler's checks. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards will be accepted with proper identification. ALL personal or Company checks MUST be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee NO EXCEPTIONS!
6.   Announcements made from the auction stand will take precedence over any printed material.
7.   There is no implied warranty made by auctioneer, announcer, or auction company as to the merchantability or fitness for particular purpose of any animal offered for sale in this auction.
8.   A paid receipt is required to remove horses from sale grounds
9.   Everyone attending the sale agrees to hold the Auction Company, Lawton Ranch and West Cal Arena harmless from any personal injury, death, theft or vandalism.
